Our Translation Project Management Team
  • conducts preliminary needs analyses to determine initial customer translation requirements
  • offers creative solutions to address specific customer needs
  • selects the team of translators, editors and proofreaders based on their expertise with the language and subject matter involved
  • identifies any specific terminology or localization requirements
  • designates the translation team leader who will be responsible for managing and synchronizing terminology to be used by all translators, editors and proofreaders
  • carefully secures and efficiently manages all customer source documents
  • consults with the customer on ad hoc basis as questions arise concerning the translation
  • monitors and tracks the different translation, editing and proofreading phases
  • updates the customer on project status at regular intervals
  • applies Interspeak's strict quality control standards as part of final review of translation prior to submitting translation to customer
  • ensures timely completion and delivery of translation to customer
