Our Translation Project Management Team
- conducts preliminary needs analyses to determine initial customer translation requirements
- offers creative solutions to address specific customer needs
- selects the team of translators, editors and proofreaders based on their expertise with the language and subject matter involved
- identifies any specific terminology or localization requirements
- designates the translation team leader who will be responsible for managing and synchronizing terminology to be used by all translators, editors and proofreaders
- carefully secures and efficiently manages all customer source documents
- consults with the customer on ad hoc basis as questions arise concerning the translation
- monitors and tracks the different translation, editing and proofreading phases
- updates the customer on project status at regular intervals
- applies Interspeak's strict quality control standards as part of final review of translation prior to submitting translation to customer
- ensures timely completion and delivery of translation to customer
